How to make Thermodynamics in lab


We define thermodynamics as the science of energy. Energy is defined as the quantity that has the ability to cause changes. One of the most important and fundamental laws of nature is the conservation of energy principle. Conservation of energy principle states that energy can not be created or destroyed but it can be changed from one form to another. The first law of thermodynamics is simply an expression of the conservation of energy principle, and it put emphasis that energy is a thermodynamic property. The second law of thermodynamics put emphasis that energy has quality as well as quantity, and actual processes occur in the direction of decreasing quality of energy.
Thermodynamics is commonly involved in many engineering systems and other aspects of life. Many ordinary household utensils and appliances are designed wholly or partly by using the principles of thermodynamics. Some examples in which thermodynamics plays a vital role include electric or gas range, the heating and air-conditioning systems, the refrigerator, the humidifier, the pressure cooker, the water heater, and the shower. The specifications of the fan of computer are selected after a thermodynamic analysis.
